Evening Classes

These programs are designed to develop strong family ties, gain confidence, improve coordination, get and stay in shape, spend time with friends and family.

 

Whether you are interest in fitness, self-defense or staying in shape these programs are for you.

Beginner Classes are Monday and Wednesday from 6:15 - 7:15 pm

Intermediate and Advance Classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 pm
